This project involved the complete replacement of the roofing system at a residence in Katy, Texas, using Owens Corning Duration® shingles in Onyx Black. These architectural shingles are designed to provide exceptional durability and a lifespan of up to 30 years, ensuring superior protection against harsh weather conditions.

The scope of work included the full removal of the existing roof, deck inspection and reinforcement, installation of a premium waterproof underlayment and flashing, and ridge vents for proper attic ventilation.

Every phase of the project was performed in strict compliance with local building codes and manufacturer specifications, delivering a strong, aesthetically refined, and long-lasting roofing system.
