This project involves the complete roof replacement in Katy, Texas, using PINNACLE PRISTINE shingles in Black Shadow, designed for long-lasting performance up to 30 years. The work includes removal of the old roof, deck inspection and reinforcement, installation of high-quality underlayment and flashing, and ridge caps for proper ventilation. All tasks were completed in full compliance with local building codes and manufacturer standards, ensuring durability and lasting protection.

During this inspection, we found shingles damaged by hail and wind impact, showing lifting and cracking that allow water to leak into the underlying roof layers. These leaks have caused visible deterioration to the decking wood, with soft, moist, and partially rotten areas that compromise the structure and safety of the roof.

Our team completely replaced the damaged areas, substituting the affected wood and compromised tiles to ensure total protection against leaks and moisture.
Now the roof has a solid structure, sealed and ready to withstand any weather conditions, ensuring peace of mind and safety for the home.
