In this new project, we were proud to deliver a complete 360-degree transformation, bringing joy and peace of mind to the homeowners. Today, they sleep safely, without fear of storms. We installed 30-year TAMKO Heritage Rustic Black shingles, achieving an impeccable result that gave our client confidence and complete satisfaction.

we found multiple shingles loose, damaged, and severely deteriorated, creating a serious risk of being blown off during a strong storm. Faced with this condition, we immediately took action to ensure safety, protect the home, and restore the peace of mind of its owners.

As you can see, the initial roof installation on this home was poorly executed: the shingles were improperly installed, leaving the structure exposed. Under these conditions, a storm could easily cause them to detach, posing not only a risk to the property but also a serious hazard to people in the street.

As you can see, the replacement has been completed, and this roof is now in optimal condition, providing safety and peace of mind to the homeowners.

Here you can see that the wooden decking showed advanced decay and rot, compromising the roof’s safety and stability. For this reason, we carried out a full replacement of the damaged sections, ensuring a solid structure ready to support the new roofing system.
