This project involves the full replacement of the roofing system in Houston, Texas, with the installation of TAMKO Heritage shingles in Rustic Black, designed for an estimated lifespan of 30 years. The scope of work includes the removal and proper disposal of the existing roof, a detailed inspection with structural reinforcements as needed, the application of a high-performance underlayment and flashing, the installation of ridge caps to ensure proper ventilation, and a thorough site cleanup. All work will be carried out in strict compliance with local building codes and the manufacturer’s technical specifications.

The roof shows visible holes and clear signs of wood deterioration caused by moisture and years of insufficient maintenance. These conditions have significantly compromised the structural integrity, making a full replacement necessary to ensure safety, long-term durability, and the optimal performance of the new roofing system.

The roof surface has been reinforced with our premium protective underlayment, specifically designed to provide superior resistance against adverse weather conditions.
