This project involves the complete replacement of a roof in Katy, Texas, featuring the installation of PINNACLE PRISTINE shingles in Pewter, engineered for a 30-year lifespan. The scope of work includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof, inspection and reinforcement of the decking as needed, application of the underlayment and proper flashing, installation of ridge caps to ensure optimal ventilation, and a thorough site cleanup all carried out in compliance with local building codes and the manufacturer’s specifications.

During our inspection, we found the roof in severely deteriorated condition, posing a high risk of shingles being dislodged at any moment. Such damage could compromise both the safety and comfort of living within the home.

As you can see, the wood was rotten, creating a serious risk of moisture infiltration that could eventually damage the structure and interior of the home.

At this stage, we have already replaced the damaged wood and are now ready to proceed with the installation of our professional-grade protective underlayment.
