While carrying out a roof renewal project in Pearland, TX, 77581, we uncovered major deficiencies from the previous installation. Nevertheless, through the expertise and commitment of our highly skilled team, every detail was carefully corrected. We installed a 30-year TAMKO Heritage shingle in black color, achieving an impeccable outcome that gave our client peace of mind, confidence, and complete satisfaction.

During our inspection, we discovered that the previous roof was in extremely poor condition, with widespread damage and visible signs of neglect. The shingles were severely worn, discolored, and brittle, while several areas showed advanced deterioration that compromised both appearance and performance. Its overall faded, outdated, and unsightly state made a complete replacement urgently necessary to ensure safety, durability, and long-term protection.

All old shingles were removed to fully expose the surface, followed by a thorough deck inspection where no moisture was detected, though the overall wear and structural condition were carefully evaluated.

We installed 30-year TAMKO Heritage shingles in black, following manufacturer guidelines to ensure durability.
Flashing, ventilation, and drainage were completed and carefully adjusted for optimal performance.
Lastly, we carried out cleanup, a final inspection, and provided the client with maintenance recommendations.

We installed the appropriate underlayment and waterproofing layers, reinforced seams, and sealed all penetrations and vulnerable areas.

After completing the installation with proper flashing, ventilation, and drainage, we finished with a thorough cleanup, detailed inspection, and maintenance guidance. The result: a roof built for durability, safety, and peace of mind.
